Now Jungle aren't the importer, looks like they aren't offering the servicing either.  So, who is the goto for KS post servicing these days?

Sorry, can't help you with servicing. I have a ks dropper and when it finally goes and if I can't fix it, it's probably cheaper to sell the ks dropper on ebay, spares or repairs and just buy a brand x dropper.

Depending on which model a service and parts will probably be more than a new brand x post.

The brand x dropper on my other bike has been flawless.

That is a good point.  We've got a couple of brand-X on other bikes and they are all fine. This one was purchased to solve a fit issue, but I'll take a look.  Might be the easiest option.

The lead tech from Jungle that dealed with all the KS servicing has gone out on his own, this happened a little over a year ago.

https://panoramacycles.co.uk/

I sent in 3 dropper posts for servicing and even had one of them changed from 30.9 to 31.6 diameter, they all came back looking like new and working perfectly. I sent my stuff in last year and at that point he service turn around was excellent.
