up Rivvy tonight with Nobby nics, two words BLOODY AMAZING !!

Bought a set on the group buy thread, fitted them on my santa cruz blur (XC setup)and what a difference, running them at 30 psi (i have been told to run em at 20 psi !! but will experiment a bit). Lost loads of weight from the bike, acc a lot faster, grips fantastic on the climbs and the climbs seem a lot easier as they rol over the bumps easier. Down hill i was nailing it, they seemed to smooth out the rough sections and i was turning in as tight as i dare to provoke it to wash away or slide, nowt.

Went up and down to the Pike three times to make sure of the results 😆

I have been MTB'ing and racing for over 20 years, this is a revelation.

If you dont have any buy some tomorrow. 😀

Funny. That tyre/rim/hub combo is exactly the same as mine 🙂

Like you, I'm still playing with pressures. Haven't yet dropped below that 30psi barrier though.
