Is that saddle designed to accommodate old man’s balls?

Nice bike though. Post some in use pictures.

Wish I had one, lovely bike (without the awful saddle of course).

Not bad at all, that. Lose the rim decals and sort out the saddle and it will look as good as this one

I know this has probably already been covered, but what advantage do the truss forks confer?
Also, does the standard type frame give the same ride advantages as the space frame?

Truss forks are stiff so they track exceptionally well through rough stuff.

On the traditional Jones frame the spaceframe definitely has a softer feel to it. Over small ripple bumps it’s almost as if the jarring is faded out to a degree. It’s only marginal though. Standover clearance on the spaceframe is noticeable though when you have the seat dropped and you’re playing on some fast singletrack.

A 25″ plus spaceframe would make me all giddy I think.

Lovely. I think a Jones is in my future.

dont know anything about the truss forks…..I bought it purely because I like the look of it, and a Jones as always been on my ‘bikes to try’ list.

Beaten to it – but I’m going for it anyway!

Headtube is very long, and not that pretty but they all are on Jones’, front end must be high, but if gets you riding in comfort, why not.

I like the look of the Jones diamond with a unicrown fork, but it kind of defeats the point of getting a Jones I think.

You know what? I think it looks rubbish. Sure it’s lovely but I’d only be happy riding it at night when I couldn’t see it.
Then again I can’t stand the look of those Evil bikes everyone was drooling over last year.

Enjoy the chronicles whilst it’s dry, you’ll need something with more tread on the front when we get normal weather back

The side effects of Amiodarone include blurred vision and phototoxicity, you could probably sue someone for buying that thing… 😉

as you all know, a ugly man needs a ugly bike…..perfect match 😀

and just did a nice hour in the woods. 1st impressions are, very very stable and planted feeling. cornering at speed felt very safe.
climbing out of the saddle it felt very solid, didnt feel like any flex at all.
20 psi in the tyres felt good.

fingers crossed it will keep me happy.

Want one of these next, sell the fleet and go for the Jones as the one and only. Looks pretty much spot on build wise, certainly never seen a saddle like that before..what is it ton?

Try looking again, they’re all a different shape now, compared to how they came out the factory 😈

You can’t see it when you are sat on it though.

    Comfy is very good.

That’s awesome but did anyone mention the saddle?

Most bikes for big people look terrible with the saddle so tall compared to the wheelbase and the frame so big compared to the wheels – Jones Plus solves both with form following function.
