I want to change my bottom bracket on my Santa Cruz Blur Classic.

Currently the one fitted is a Raceface ISIS SRX XC 113 and from what i can see the frame accepts 68mm-Threaded-ISO BB’s.

As I cant get hold of the same unit, can I fit any ISIS 113 68mm BB?

Ive no idea what the cranks are but i presume they will fit an ISIS BB?

Will i need a special tool to remove the RF ISIS BB and another tool to fit whatever i replace with? Or will the same one do?

Any 68mm/113mm ISIS BB will do, and it will be the same removal tool.

The only thing to watch out for is that you don’t get a Shimano Octalink or Truvativ Powerspline BB, which are visually similar but won’t fit. (they do also use the same removal tool though).

That should work fine. You’ll need a crank puller if you don’t have one already too, e.g.: https://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-crank-extractor
