I'm missing/reminiscing the Dales so please can you show me some pics or vids of

the Horton in Ribblesdale and down towards Malham area please. I haven’t been to the dales for some years now and won’t be able to get back up there till next year now so please post up some pics/vids of this area that you may have so I can can reminisce and start planning my next trip back up there. Can high rd march 2013 ,the 2 people in the picture where on ski’s , loop from Bainbridge / Horton / foxup moor / Thoralby / Bainbridge .

In Drac’s post, second one down in this thread, in the second image there is a sticker on that gate that says (I think) ‘We were Gods’…what is the significance of that?

Is there some reason behind it or is it just a random sticker?

A good friend and fellow mountain biking dies suddenly a few years ago out riding with another friend. He was one of life’s characters and a genuine gent. Whenever we rode and came back from a ride others would ask how was the ride, he’d always respond “We Were Gods!” so we did stickers in his honour. They appear on various places when we see one we take a pic.

Wow what a touching story, I wasn’t expecting that. Sorry to hear about your friend, a great way of honouring him though. I’ll keep my eyes peeled next time I’m up in the Dales.
