ikea tradfri bulbs sunrise simulation?

My first foray into smart home automation. I am trying to get some ikea tradfri bulbs to act like a sunrise alarm and gradually brighten over 20 mins in the morning.

The only way I can see of doing it is to set a new alarm every few minutes that is a few % brighter. Does anyone know of an better and easier way to set it up?

I have one the light wakes me way before the alarm goes off.

Lifx bulbs do this you can have 1 second to 24hrs looking at the settings
