Solo, I’m intrigued just what the body-mass index is of the guy who’s called me a “*****” and “*******” for suggesting that following iDave’s banned carbs (grains, bread, pasta, rice) is counter-productive if you want to maintain a stable, healthy weight over many years and perform at a high level in endurance sports. And that iDave’s fatty pre-sportive breakfast gave him little chance of performing well; he’d have gone beter on oats/müesli/toasties 3-4 hours before the start after a meal of pasta and fish the night before.
