    I really want to try compression stuff, but am just too tight. Hoping a soak in the bath is just as good.

    Oh and my god news is nowt to do with being preggers (that would be worst news of my life). I got a good enough score on the ramp rest to get 1-2-1 coaching. So Molly’s arse is going to be well and truely kicked! 8)

    I thought it would be even funnier if dgoab beat molgrips when prégnant. Mrs mugsy dropped one of my Sheffrec club mates when 6 months gone and her on an old mtb and him on his roadbike….

    Mugsys mate, 24 mins fleas for my ten miles, not five, don’t be silly. I will look at fitocracy an d also consider the stw competitive thing. And DG will not beat me, neither will yeti.

    Also, the reason I don’t exercise first thing is not hunger, it’s my brain still being asleep. It’s too unpleasant and causes way too much stress for the whole day.

    Soaking in a hot bath has the opposite effect of compression clothing as I understand it. A hot bath causes vasodilation.

    Yes, I know 🙂 My super fast mate did the bike leg in just over 30m so I’m aiming to beat that.

    Haven’t yet entered the Ben, should do. It’ll probably fill up before I get around to it knowing my organisational skills…

    You should all be aware by the way that I don’t really think I am better than you all – I don’t really know – I just find it amusing to trash talk on STW 🙂

    Solo, I’m intrigued just what the body-mass index is of the guy who’s called me a “*****” and “*******” for suggesting that following iDave’s banned carbs (grains, bread, pasta, rice) is counter-productive if you want to maintain a stable, healthy weight over many years and perform at a high level in endurance sports. And that iDave’s fatty pre-sportive breakfast gave him little chance of performing well; he’d have gone beter on oats/müesli/toasties 3-4 hours before the start after a meal of pasta and fish the night before.

    My own body-mass index after half a century of food iDave discourages:

    Perhaps iDave could post a photo so we can see what his diet has done for him. You are what you eat.
