Are you holding a football tournament in your town?

So it’s ok to act like an w***** if football’s involved? If you’re going to behave like an arse**** then expect to be treated like one.

Btw a good song l learned in France one year following the Celtic, under the tricolour. La jeunesse emmerde le front national, repeat, 😆 email it to your friends over there, it’ll serve them well! We were in a bar in Lyon 2003/4ish I think and these bawbags came in, they were puntin gear about the place, but one of them ended up going to slap this frenxh lassie, for no reason other than she wouldn’t go with him, we’d been talking to her and her friends, so we all jumped in and ended up arse and necking the **** out the bar, the French were a bit wary of us before hand but that soon changed, turned out it was a bit of an anti fascist bar and this **** had been giving them hassle for a while, what a night after that! 😆

@seaso FN have 25% of the vote now FYI

The anti Labour Law demonstrators in Paris yesterday included 800 who turned up with helmets, googles and gas masks threw bricks and petrol bombs at police and smashed up a children’s hospital. Football fans are lagging way behind

Few hundred nobheads making s lot of noise but too fat to back it up, whilst one Frenchie walks right up to the Russians and tells them to **** off.

Even our hooligans are shit, I hope we ate knocked out soon if only to avoid any more embarrassment.

Don’t forget these are the reserves. All the proper hooligans are on banning orders.

Good to see the English mimicking ancient Celtic traditions by going into battle “moonclad” More woad for the skin and lime for the hair needed though.

A cursory scan of a few well known websites and Facebook pages this morning tells me a few things.

    1. Unlike Marseille, there are a considerable number of genuine English and Welsh hooligans now present. They are not interested in fighting the police, or the French or anyone except the Russians. The trigger for their arrival was the attacks on families and shirters in Marseille.
    2. The French police very successfully it would seem prevented a clash at the train station yesterday afternoon by kettling the English hooligans whilst moving on the Russian group. I imagine this was on the advice of their British counterparts who are extremely good at fan management these days.
    3. The problems in Lille last night stemmed from how the English and Welsh fans have decided to work. Rather than spreading out across the bars they are all sticking together. large groups of young men get bouncier than little groups.
    4. The Russian ultras were conspicuous by their abscence yesterday, I suspect they haven’t gone home yet.

In that context I’d say that the French police did a pretty good job yesterday! With the potential for very serious disorder, 36 arrests is nothing and I reckon a number of those were preventative rather than responsive. If the English, Welsh and Russian hooligans do meet I think there could be fatalities as the talk is all of revenge. 🙁

I did wonder if that would happen a couple of days ago:

Anyway, one thing that concerns me with the 2 groups of fans set to be near each other again, well done UEFA btw, is that those English hooligans who are subject to banning orders etc, may make a concerted effort to get round these and get out to France. Probably under some misguided notion of ‘defending their honour’ or some such nonsense.

I was hoping with Russians being deported, and actively monitored by the French, such as their coach being stopped etc, they wouldn’t bother. Looks like they’ve chanced it anyway.

A shirter is a football supporter who wears the team’s replica shirt etc. people in team colours are not usually part of hooligan firms and are considered to be off limits to violence.

Bloody hell, it’s the early 80’s all over again . We were always warned about the ‘casuals’ if going into town on Saturdays.

Given the Russian’s fashion sense, I’d put us in the mid-90s.

Someone who actually goes to watch the games, a genuine fan.

Not a football fan myself, but the Welsh press are having a field day selling the idea of Welsh Fans being a gang of well-meaning scamps happy to have a kick about with locals, people and fans of other nations (kicking footballs, not heads) etc whilst every other nation has it’s own little brigade of holligans.

I can’t help but think they’re setting us up for a fall after the game today.

Remember it’s what they do in the stadium and not on the streets.

So let the street fighting begin…

Thing is anyone can buy a football top from abother country and then smash things up.

What they need to be do is make Associations responsible for behavior outside of stadiums, currently that’s not the case.

Blimey that was a bit quick! Don’t you need a jury to send someone down for 2 years? Or at least some court time?
