Anyone else measure this?

I've just started, having bought a Polar Vantage watch. Pretty sure the latest iWatches etc also do this.

I'm mainly curious to see how well it predicts recovery from weights sessions (which I do more than aerobic training at the moment).

Still establishing a baseline at the moment....

If you're interested, Polar call it an 'Orthostatic Test' and you spend 2 mins lying down then two standing up and get this as a result:

Apparently it's not very useful comparing to others. Higher implies fitter but a lot of person variability. Some general population numbers (inc unfit people).
