    I assume it has to be hosted somewhere like youtube first?

    What about a GIF?

    Copy the YouTube link into a post.

    same with GIFs, post the link as you would an image

    that’s how I do it, anyway.

    You could share it from Apple or Google photos if it’s on your phone?
