Apologies in advance, this may go on a bit of a rant as I’m in pre-christmas frustrated mode.

All I want to do is talk to a person at the actualy Wembley Stadium shop who can help me with a problem. But every contact ticket I submit on the Wembley website just gives me an email address for Englandstore.com – I have already contacted them and they can not help me because they only deal with online orders and not items bought in person.

The actual problem… straight after taking my daughter to watch England ladies vs. USA on 30th November we visited the Stadium store and I bought her a shirt which is for her birthday in a couple of weeks time. We got it personalised with EARPS and the number 1 which involved queuing to buy the shirt, paying an extortionate amount for it and then queuing again to get it printed. As is was straight after the match it was very busy and everything felt rushed. They printed the shirt, showed my daughter and then put it in a bag. It’s only after I’ve looked at it once getting home, 200 miles away, that I’ve realised it is missing the small number 1 that should be on the chest (the print on the back is all fine and good quality). From anything I can find online it should defintely also have the number on the front. So I’m trying to find a way to contact an actual human that can help with this and all I get in response is radio silence or “sorry, can’t help you, not my problem”.

Does anyone have a phone number or email address that might get me somewhere?

I assume it’s a vinyl heat-press transfer rather than an actual print? If so you’ll probably have a t-shirt printers (or signmaker who also does t-shirts) local to you who could put it on for you, might be less hassle/stress in the long run especially if you need it turned around in 2 weeks at Chrimbo time!!

Ah, it looks likes my ranting in to the support ticket system has garnered a proper response and I now have an email address of a real life person. So, lets see if we get anywhere now.

@ziglog – I did consider that but it’s quite a unique gloss/matt finish to the vinyl. Also I don’t want to ruin any warranties etc when it cost £83 (I know, but it’s for a birthday).
