Hope BB fitting & fox fork/brake Q

Hoping for a bit of guidance from the STW brains.
What tool do I need to fit a hope BB? Is it the same as HT2?
Also, I have some fox forks which appear to be IS mount and I have 203mm disks (hope M4). The brakes came with a type B adapter which I think is IS to post? Do I need one of these?

The Hope BB uses the same HT2 tool to fit.

No idea on the brakes !

Is there anyone who knows about hope brackets who could help?
