Help – what size 456 do I need

Hi all, thinking about a new bike, currently riding a large soul so what size 456 would I need 18 ro 20. I'd prefer to ride the smallest frame I can get a way with.

Bol***ks I'm 6ft 1 and as said ride a large soul at the moment

I'm just shy off 6 foot, and I ride the 18 frame, with a 80 mm xc handlebar stem, you should be fine on a 18 frame.

thanks for the feedback that's what was thinking, 20" might be a tad large

I'm also 6ft 1 with long'ish legs, was advised by Brant at the time to get a 18" with a short 70mm stem and it seems fine.

5'10" and the 18 was spot on. I don't think you need be too fussed about it TBH

6ft with an 18" 110mm stem. I would say it depends what the bike is for. I bought it for a fun trail centre kina bike where if it was for mopre big days i would have maybe went for the 20" for a bit more comfort.

6' here with 34" inside leg and 50 or 70mm stem on an 18"

6'3" 35" inside leg.
