Has anyone spoken to 2Pure this week?

I emailed 2Pure twice in the last 2 weeks with a problem on my eggbeaters I need them to fix. No answer. That’s not like them, has anyone spoken to them this week?

I spoke to them last week. No problems even if they didn’t have the parts I needed.
