I've tried emailing DT Swiss with no reply. I want to build up a tourer with discs but run campag equipment. I have a 240 hub in 6 bolt. I've seen you can buy a campag cassette body for the road 240 hub and I'm wondering if it will fit the mtb 240.

    Can anybody help?

    Cheers

I've just looked on the DT swiss website on the 240 hub manual diagrams and the mtb and road cassette bodies seem to have different part numbers.

Before I spend the cash are we sure that they are compatible??

These are black 2008 bontrager branded 240s which came on the older 6 bolt race x lite wheels before they blinged them up to the newer grey colour.

NO – my 240s wouldnt take a road one – it 'worked' but when I fitted the cassette it didnt work… spacing slightly different – I knoocked bearings out the road un and replaced in mtb – worked a dream….
