Midway through a call the other day, as I was discussing something fairly serious (paperclips are no laughing matter! ) my son walked in to the room next to my study and shouted, with great pride, “I’ve done a poo!”.

Very good.
Luckily mine are school age, but without fail, clients like to call at pick-up time and not when it’s nice and quiet 9-3.

One or two comments here but mostly on FB – lots of people are reposting it and there a lot of assumptions that the woman is the nanny. I’ve got no issue with it; it’s just interesting that that’s the assumption.

Personally I just assumed she was a nanny/childminder based on the general panic and the way she unceremoniously scooped up the kids. But clearly that makes me some kind of subconscious racist 🙄
