Needing a new 4 bolt 36T chain ring to work with my DRS. Raceface one is £35 😯 Can get a Deore one for £21.99.

Are Deore Ok or a cheese substitute? Can you recommend me anything else.

Deore chainrings are steel and seem to last for ages, are cheaper and only slightly heavier than the ally ones…

    What's not to like!

Deore inner are definitely steel, not sure the middle always are nowadays, but yes it should fit & work fine.

13 quid at CRC and everywhere else, was it a typo – 12.99 not 21.99????

Think you can get alloy or steel Deore – steel being much more durable and cheaper.

Steel deore is the chainring of the gods. The weight penalty's trivial and they last forever, effortless win. Though it does feel a bit wrong putting them on an XTR crankset

Great chainrings I think. I'm running them on my XTR cranks 😆
