    I used to live round there and there are cycle lanes all along Wilbraham and Wilmslow Roads… not your typical city centre road really.

    Very sad news, and very close to home. I commute up that road every day.

    I cycled past at about 17:30, but didn’t know what had happened – I presumed drugs related given the amount of police at the scene.

    No doubt a ghost bike will pop up soon which will be a reminder every morning 🙁

    Thoughts are with his family.
