Cheapest sport on TV

Whats the cheapest way of getting premiership football on TV?

I already have Tiscali etc with the recorder box which is good (if a bit noisy) but I would ideally like to watch some premiership football without going down the Sky route and paying £40 a month for a handfull of games?

Any suggestions?
