At Cwmcarn today, got nasty chainsuck noises on my c456. On checking at home, it’s taken a couple of gouges out, deeper than just the lacquer coat:

Do I need to worry, and can/should I do anything about these?

    TIA

I would think it would be fine as long as the carbon hasn’t cracked.
It looks like its only really taken the paint off.

Plus I would have though On-One would have layered the carbon thicker at that point knowing that chain suck happens.

Do you mean bin it your way, flip? 😉

It doesn’t feel any more flexy than the other side, so I may just be being paranoid!

Drop On-one an e mail, they’re generally quick to reply and helpful.

Nah, i’m sure it’ll be ok to be honest, just looks like paint missing. Just see how it goes i reckon.

    Thanks, Bazz – don’t know why I didn’t think of that! 😳
