Yep totally different to the foxes one as foxes are wild not someone else’s selfish imposition on the neighbours foxes are useful . and foxes don’t seem to shit everywhere. I have a regular family of foxes and encounter very little fox poo I am also constantly getting cat crap out of my lawn and vege beds . if only the foxes would eat the local cats I’d hand build a den for them under my shed.

except all over the pavement. There’s a particular berry that they love, but it’s a laxative, so they eat lots and shit lots. Can’t be that calorific for them given the barely digested shit-fest that occurs every autumn.

Nothing against foxes mind, it’s just that fox shit appears to the stuff I’m cleaning off kids shoes more than dog or cat shit.

Used dry coffee grinds spread over the grass worked for me and it’s good for your soil.

*i do drink a lot of coffee though

if the coffee grinds thing works then it’s a total win because coffee shops give it away in big bags for nowt

Akeys001 and Gonzy have linked to the two things that have worked 100% for us. Started with the scarecrow in one house, but I kept forgetting it was there and soaking myself, didn’t mind to much but when we moved house and got kids swapped for the sonic one after we were getting overrun. Less than a week after installation we haven’t had a cat stay long enough to make a mess since. Got the optional mains adaptor for maintenance free use. Way better than any chemical deterrents that need constant topping up.

They actually work do they Gonzy?

had mine for nearly 2 years and had no cats crapping in the garden. they will try initially but once they realise the pain and suffering the repeller causes them do dont return. the batteries on mine have been dead for about 8 months and still no sign of any cats….i think all the neighbourhood moggies now know my garden is a no-go zone but i will be replacing the batteries this weekend

as Tracker said above…it took about a week for the cats to get the message
