    For obvious reasons I’ve not read past the first half page, but, in the best tradition, that’s not going to stop me chiming in.

    I just bought a Derby AM/I9 whilst for my 29er FS trail bike. Compared to my Hope/Flows they are a little bit lighter and significantly wider (29mm internal). I’m only one ride in so can’t help on reliability but they feel like they accelerate faster, hold speed better and definitely track better on corners and rough terrain. They don’t feel harsh. This is running the same tyres at the same pressures on both wheelsets.

    Maybe it’s imaginary new kit buzz or maybe it’s real. Dno. Time will tell.
