Bottom bracket upgrade?

Hi all

I have play in my bottom bracket and need to replace it,I have a
Shimano BB- ES25 and i am looking to upgrade any ideas about a good Quality compatable replacement?

The only other choice would be a BB-ES51. There used to be a 71 but that is discontinued AFAIK.

ES25 is Shimano Octalink and I know of no alternative suppliers.

The bigger the ES** part number the dearer and supposedly better kit with less weight for a given size and axle length.

Not all sizes are still available…check out CRC.

I have a brand new spare ES25 68×113 if you cannot get one elsewhere.

CRC do have the ES51 in 68×113 but it is £29, not £11.

CRC do not have ES25 in 68×113 at any price.

My offer stands at £17 posted…if you need 68×113 keep shopping round.
