It’s all about the angle. Make sure you are sitting on your sit bones at the back, not your squishy perineum.
I like Specialized because they seem to have been the first company to realise that not everyone’s arse is the same size. I also go for minimal padding on the saddle and carefully placed padding on the shorts, because you don’t want padding bunching up and squashing your perineum either. I used to suffer from numb willy but never do since sorting the saddle/shorts combo.
FWIW I use Asos shorts and a Specialized Toupe saddle, but there are tons of options that’ll fit the above criteria.
