    wtf??

Also, bbc no good at grammar?

The husband of a dinner lady who was warned that allowing a child a biscuit could be seen as grooming said she has had a “horrendous two years”.

So if somebody offers me a biscuit they are hitting on me ? OK then, that will make morning tea much much more interesting from now on.

Local LA needs to sort out the **** dinner lady who dragged my 10 year old across the dining hall last week. I’d dance for **** joy if she’d given him a biscuit instead.

I once got clouted by my D&R teacher, I went home and complained to my mother and she said I probably deserved it. Did me no harm. Panic not.

He’s 10, and the school has let a bullying situation drag on for a whole school year – already has done him harm, panic justified.

So you’re on the forum rather than the heads office?

    D&R?

    Design and realisation. No really.

    already has done him harm

Then you better get in there and sort it out. Good luck.

Ah, it’s an age thing. There were no made-up subjects when I was at skool.

We had “social studies” whatever that was. Possibly brainwashing, we studied Kibuttzes in Israel and the Apartheid Regime in South Africa.

That was 20 years ago so it would appear made up subjects have been on the curriculum for some time.

So they neglected to bang two commas in. Big whoop.

The sentence is fine as it is. Although it’s longer than most people’s attention span, I don’t think that the sentence has any need for extra punctuation.

she in turn asked a colleague to give one to the child.

Her husband said the school warned her that this could be seen as grooming.

I can see the logic there.
