Not balsamic but recently developed a love of Worcestershire Sauce – can’t get enough of it.

    Meh, Hendo’s is far superior

The missus loves that crap. I can’t stand it.

Mind you, in true stw style we did find some in New Zealand hewn from the virgin thighs of a hemp bush which is loosely described as chocolate balsamic vinegar. Applied to roasties on a Sunday – as part of the roasting process – utterly divine.

i go to italy for work sometimes, i tend to fill a plate with balsamic, olive oil & salt, then just mop it up wi’ bread! amazing.

I like this too, but was quite sad to discover it’s an American invention, and most Italians think we’re numpties for doing it :/

Fish’n’chips with plenty of Sarsens vinegar, a light sprinkling of proper sea salt, and then chili flakes lightly sprinkled all over, along with some Heinz hot ketchup and some proper Helmans mayo.
Damn, now I’m hungry, so I’m going to have to get the deep fryer out!
