At this moment in time, what would you change about your body?

The Lord in his wisdom gave me the looks of a football hooligan – bald, fairly ugly features, and a horrible scar on my nose (actually that was my fault).
So I’d like to be able to wear a suit and not look like I’m going to magistrates court.

A new brain would be nice.
