Yep, I ordered some shoes & cleats a good few days back (10+ in stock for each item).
24 hours later, I get an email saying they had no stock of either, my order is cancelled, and a new back order created – they will send me the items ‘when they get them’
I sent them a message as they are both still listed in stock. Problem with systems upgrades was the answer, there *is* no stock, even though they are still listed as plenty of stock.
The next day, I get a notification that my back order is cancelled, and a backorder order of my backorder has been created. I cancel this, and order somewhere else.
Over a few days, my account has been debited, refunded, debited and (hopefully finally) refunded again.
Not a happy bunny, was hoping to have the shoes by now. Am giving Wiggle a miss for some time ahead!
