Well, i have about £100 to spend on a digital camera and i’d like to get something that’ll survive a bit of trail abuse whilst still taking a decent photo. Anyone got any they love and want to recommend or hate and think i should steer clear of? Thanks chaps

No expert on things photography – but, I’ve got an old Olympus mju – probably 4 years old now and seen a bit of life and still OK. If the new ones are as good/reliable as this one it would be worth a look. Old one hasa sturdy metal body and good weatherproofing. New model on Amazon for £140.

ideally what you want is an olympus mju1030 but you’ll need to dig deeper than that for one of those. you may be lucky if you trawl the net/ebay and get hold of an older model, either the 790 or 850 should be around you pricerange…….photos are quite good too!

    good luck
