I’ve been buying wide fit shoes from Clarks for donkey’s years but recently availability and quality seem to have taken a bit of a dive.

Is there anywhere I can get a range of good quality black leather shoes for the £65-£100 mark?

Second for Ecco. 2 pairs for work, 1 is wearing out after 3 1/2 years but still comfortable.

Tennants super. Enough tennants super and you won’t need shoes. Well not structurally sound ones anyway

As a person with wide feet like a gibbon, my default is Henley’s from Debenhams

Gibbons have remarkably narrow feet in comparison to most other primates.

They are also  known for being funky.

I may be thinking of orangutans then PP. I have a similar body shape generally. And a similar intellect 🙂

42G in a Clarks. Black leather Wallabees are comfy and anonymous.

Not messed up those have they? Only  have one pair left.

Vans 42 fit well, I wear these if I can get away with it in the summer.

And people criticise my footwear*? Are you a convict? If not, WTF are those?

*For reference, a pair of Specialized 2FO flat pedal shoes being worn on a flight home from a work/riding trip to Montana.

    🙂

    What’s not to like?

I nearly got married in those shoes.

Paired with some stretch chinos from Sainsburys and an M&S shirt, it’s a strong, yet classic look.

Flashy’s right. Those are way worse than his orthopaedic disco slippers.

I’d like to take this opportunity to apologise to the good Captain for  ragging him about the shoes this whole time.

I’ve been targeting the wrong guy.

    Flashy, I’m sorry. 😉

    I’d also like a pair of these…..

….and these to be taken into consideration ✌
