    Hi guys,

I hope someone here can help? My current setup is 170mm travel up front, I want to fit fox 38 180mm travel. Current fork measure 555mm axle to crown and has 44mm offset, new fork will measure 575mm, 20mm increase, but the fox 38 180mm comes with 37mm offset, my question is will the 37mm offset compensate for 20mm increase in length? What does 7mm difference in offset do to HA? Current HA 65deg.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

The longer A2C will make it about a degree slacker (and raise the bars and BB and shorten the reach). The shorter offset will make it feel a bit slacker than it is when riding faster but won’t change the head angle.

    The simple answer is no.

    Slackset? drop the forks 10mm?
