No point in mocking the city slickers 😆

Someone (maybe Welsh person) made a comment that Tigers Fly Half Own Williams was a bit pants, well he’s playing well for Tigers in front of the soon to depart Toby Flood.

Cockerill thinks he’ll be ready for Wales soon.

    Link to Leicester Mercury

Poor Wuss. Led Wasps by 5 points til a Wasps scrum & try on 81 minutes, Goode converted. Looks like they are doomed 🙁

Cockers says a lot of things, doesnt make them true.
Blues were awful last night. Really really bad.

However if you pit your anti cockers mindset aside for a bit, you’d see he’s playing pretty well, certainly on par with whoever it was who gave England such an easy ride a couple of weeks ago. I think you’ll be playing him for wales within the year.

He may go on tour, but if Patchel returns from injury ok he’s next in line. Biggar is a perfectly serviceable international ten for the time being.

Off on my wee run now if anyone else would like to sponsor me that would be great.

I’ve been really impressed with Williams over the past few games though he’s still very young, I reckon 2-3years time Wales will have a new star on their hands.

Cockerill not always right but nice to see him putting his faith in this young lad

Have donated a tenner to BM’s muscular dystrophy run in lieu of wrecker turning up to claim his tenner to charity after england beat wales this season. Good luck BM, I walked 20m without crutches and did 5 mins on exercise bike yesterday so its good to support a fellow athlete!!

Sat waiting to go into Wembley. With blagged tickets on halfway line, can almost touch the pitch.
Let’s hope for a barnstormer of a match, proper blood and thunder after last years win from the ‘quins

Is Melon still alive? There was a bowler hat spotted floating forlornly down the Lagan earlier. 😀

It may have been colder than a Penguin’s chuff at the AJ Bell but seeing a star studded Northampton put to the sword warmed me up 😀

I’m alive and kicking thanks DD. And thanks to everyone that donated.

I’ve a special picture for you DD but I can’t seem to upload it from a iPhone how do I do that?

Fair dues BM – extra tenner is yours! Hope you enjoyed. Weather didn’t look too bad. 🙂

Thanks bud. Yeah the weather was lovely. It was a really enjoyable event and fair play to those doing a full marathon I’d never be able to. Did you like my sign? I’m definitely not an artist!

Just a little PSA for rugby fans without BT Sport – you can still watch the games by the look of it. Set my Sky to record the Irish v Bath game while we were up there – it’s recorded.. also able to watch the Leicester game today.
    Hopefully works for others. 🙂

Tigers suddenly looking good. It’s taken a few players to return, but by the time they’ve got back croft, cole, tait and Parling, they’ll be a match for anyone again.

Don’t really think Sale will get a top-4 place (although it would be fantastic) but a top-6 HEC/Euro Cup/Whatever its going to be called place would be an amazing achievement considering where we were last season. MsD is even demanding we buy season tickets for next season!

Great to see Rees back in the blues squad for the weekend. Great achievement to get back to that level so quickly.

Nico matawalu is a genius 🙂 or alternatively Glasgow squeak through despite a brave performance from Ospreys

    Ahhhhh! Ouch!

Seeing the slowmo replay of Gio Aplon getting his elbow dislocated was quite unpleasant.

Same attitude as last week! A poor performance by Ford and a little bit of luck to not concede a penalty try.

Sale have (pleasantly) confounded me this season – and i suspect not just me! Austin Healey said last night that looking at the squad in September you’d have laughed if someone said they would be play-off contenders in April.
Its convinced me, we are buying season tickets when they come out. That level of commitment deserves a commitment from me in return.

Had a season ticket for several seasons, unemployment, cashflow & no one else wanting to go put a temporary halt but MsD has become an avid fan & the cash is on the up again = season ticket 😛

In the nitty gritty. Carlin Isles, is sitting on the bench for Ayr. Should I pop down to see if he gets initiated into 15aside by Hawick

Great result for Leicester, shame on Northampton fans for the amount of booing, during and after the game.

Mad last 5 minutes in Exeter, god knows what the ref was doing, weird decisions all match.

Glaws get the win which makes up for last year.

Losing bonus for Munster in Dublin tonight. Not the worst result ever. Funny…the Orangemen are quiet tonight. 😀

USA beat Uruguay 42-13 to get to the Rugby World Cup, pool B with South Africa, Samoa and Scotland. That’s one win for the yanks then 🙂
