Going to try and come along if work deadlines permit - a problem of working for yourself means occasional work at weekends 🙁

yep bit of a b*gger. The man was inspirational, lasted waaay beyond 'normal' expectation, but still awful when inevitable happens.
I really will be thinking of the trip. It's times like this when i do need to get out and clear the brain and remember how beautiful life really is, and how lucky we all are to be able take it in.
Anyway - enough of my mumbling sentimentality - just go enjoy for me please!

Just got the call cpg in an hr if yous can make it, i've just got another job to inquire about and i'm outta here.
still TBC for me - dependent on finding a child minder / ammusment for my daughter. Not fussed what group i ride with, pretty quick up and along (lots of long road commutes over the winter) not so quick down (enforced layoff from mountainbiking due to cheddar, rock - rib interface)
should hopefully be there too. first ride out this year. so will be joining knotties group that is if he'll let me join in..........

you bet ! but in the wuss/knitting group it will be after the short route finish(short grub halt and regroup with mid level group) so people can opt out.

Cool! Really looking forward to it now. Just been hammering the bike for an hour to make sure it won't fall apart while we're out. Is there ANYTHING a big mallet and a pot of grease can't fix? 😉

Certainly am! Meat is marinating at the moment. Sadly my cake making skills are limited but Anna is helping out on that front 🙂 hip flask may well make an appearance too...
