Does anyone know an address/email/phone no for Altura returns? I have looked on the Zyro website but couldnt find anything. The jacket I have is coming apart at the seam but I brought it from a shop in the lakes so it is quite a way to go to return back to there!

You should be able to send it back to Zyro as they are the importer.
Be prepared for a fight, their standard response seems to be that you failed to look after/wash correctly.

Thanks reckon I would be better of sending an email to the shop i brought it from first and see if they will be able to replace it under warranty?
It's the responsibility of the shop anyway.
I think you'd be best sending it via you local Zyro dealer. Anyone should be willing to send it back for you for the cost of P&P, provided you have your reciept.
