Been running my Grid Gravity T9 at 20 psi front and rear Thought I had read somewhere that one of the advantages of the radial was that it could be run at lower psi than non radial equivalent May be best to leave at 20 psi to start

Large for sure. They only seem big if you look at the reach figure in isolation.

I'm 6 2" and ride a large, but I'd say I'm between an L and XL and could probably ride either.
