Interior van bike rack, can fit 3 (maybe 4?) bikes with their front wheels off.
Can be bolted to the van floor, I never did. The weight of the bikes was enough to hold it steady (plus a couple of bungee ties to hold them)
comes with plenty of attachments and fork adapters. Also comes in small flight case
