This is a hard one. What is a personality? Is it someone you’d like to have dinner with, because you know it would be entertaining? Is it someone you admire? Is it someone who has loads of Instagram followers? Or someone who’s put something into the sport? Maybe it’s all these things and more, maybe it’s a magic mixture of them all. Here’s who has been nominated for your vote, and why:
The Finalists
- Evie Richards
- Lee Craigie
- Tracy Moseley
Voting instructions are at the end of this article. Read on to learn more about our finalists.
Evie Richards
We first met Evie Richards three short years ago when she was still at school and being mentored by Liam Killeen and Tracy Moseley. Since then, she’s gone on to a full pro contract with Trek, and has two U23 cyclocross World Championship titles, a silver Commonwealth Games mountain bike medal and has been British U23 mountain bike champion for three years in a row. Watch out world!
Lee Craigie
Lee Craigie is a busy woman. Whether it’s been racing the Commonwealth Games in her home country of Scotland, running the Adventure Syndicate, inspiring riders around the world, doing lecture tours about her adventures, organising the Man of Porage event, smashing the Highland Trail 550 or the Great Divide, it seems she never stops. It also seems that she hasn’t even started yet…
Tracy Moseley
Tracy Moseley was supposed to have retired from racing, but she still seems to have time among her busy family life to win this year’s Ard Rock Enduro, all while mentoring upcoming stars like Hattie Harnden and Evie Richards and inspiring riders everywhere. And before that she convincingly won the Enduro World Series. And before that she was a downhill World Champion. Do we need to go on?
