One of the most winningest bikes in enduro this year? It’s Tracy Moseley’s Trek Remedy 29er, you’ve read the interview now check out her bike…
Having tested the 27.5 alternative Tracy has stuck with her winning formula of racing on a Trek Remedy 9.8 29er as she feels the bigger wheels give her an advantage .
In contrast to a lot of other racers who are running a one by gear set up, Tracy has raced all season on a 2×10 set up. Interestingly for Finale to get the gearing she wanted a 9 speed outer ring was being used.
This had required a bit of adaption of the front derailleur and when we called round James was busy adding small strips of moisture sealing electrical tape to deaden any sound from chain slapping.
All the team were running Bontrager’s prototype enduro tyre which will be available in 27.5 and 29er sizes.
Fox are busy prototyping new internal damping for the Float X, Tracy’s clearly been providing feedback.
And tucked out of sight was her Stages power meter.
Obviously she’s running Deity’s T-Mo enduro riser bars…
We also liked Justin Leov’s very neat tool and CO2 canister carrying technique; both taped to the bars and tucked behind the numberplate.

If T-Mo is riding on a 29er why does that prototype tyre have 27.5 chalked on the side.
Oh the conspiracy !
It’s on Justin Leov’s bike…
How much spare steerer on the last pic….
Someone should tell him hey?
That bonty tyre looks like a Maxxis DHR2 Crosse with a High Roller 2.
I thought that tyre looks like a Maxxis!
