My commute into work is pretty rural and takes me past alot of fields that have just been cut etc and as such there are shit loads of flys around.

This morning whilst riding into work I got smacked in the back of the throat right on the dsngly bit by a massive fly which made me chuck up all over my bike !!

So I need some ideas on how to prevent it happening again !
