Deliverance. Just think of it as an STW bike packing induction video.

I wouldn’t say it’s a default film as such (I don’t own a copy of either of them) but two that I’ll always watch if they’re on TV:
    Tremors
    Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves

Ones I can watch over and over include The Dambusters, Life of Brian and The Dish.

In no particular order I’ll sit and watch any of these, no matter how often I’ve seen them before:
    Airplane
    Tremors
    Serenity
    Life of Brian

Please tell me you mean the Directors Cut version otherwise you miss one of the best bits in the movie.

Of course. Do you think I’m some sort of heathen?

Going through the list of suggestions I realised I’ve never seen Withnail and I

You really should rectify that situation.

Quite a few others been mentioned here I could’ve also listed. BTTF, The Princess Bride, Breakfast Club.

    First Blood, anyone?

Dusk Till Dawn is one of a good mate’s go-to film. I must’ve seen it a hundred times just by dint of Dave + beer.

Is this just a “Films I like” thread, or actually people’s multiple watched default film(s)??

I guess it’s any film for which when proposed you’d never say “no thanks, I watched it last week.”

One winter many years ago I spent a month in Chamonix climbing and skiing. I think we watched The Blues Brothers every night! “Porn or The Blues Brothers?” – “Blues Brothers!!!!” We were in the Sound of Music/Rocky Horror Picture Show stage of knowing every line and song 😆 I still don’t mind watching it.

Apocolypse Now Redux is an act of vandalism on a priceless masterpiece

However even the original isn’t my goto film as I find it loses its impact unless you give it at least a year or two between viewings

If I’m drunk and emotional then Sleepless in Seattle or Groundhog Day, no one does schmaltz like the yanks and any Richard Curtis film is a poor joke by comparison

I’ve also found myself watching Edge of Tomorrow more than once, but that might just be cos I fancy Emily Blunt…

I’ve probably watched Blue Juice, Big Wednesday and Point Break more times than is strictly necessary but only cos I can’t surf anymore.

    In that case –
    Deadpool
    The Incredibles
    Killer Joe

There’s always something I haven’t seen that I want to see though, so hardly ever rewatch em.

    First Blood, anyone?

I think someone mentioned it back there. I actually prefer Rambo: First Blood Part II, Rambo 3 and Rambo (4) from a rewatchable / guilty pleasure sense.
