    Got to be the Balvenie Doublewood for me. First rate birthday present. In fact, that’s what I gave Devs for his 40th, so it must be OK.

    If you like the smoother speysides, but fancy something a wee bit smokey, have a look at Ardmore. Damn fine.

    Bloody Scotch muck. We go over there in a boat to edumucate them in the ways of booze and religion and they bastardise the important part. Irish "Whiskey" is the only whiskey worth drinking and Middleton is about as good as you can get.

    Words fail me. It was a joke, perhaps I should have decorated it liberally with smily faces and exclamation marks so you would understand the ironic and self deprecating nature of spelling the word educate – edumucate. Jesus christ.

    Just as an update went for the Caol Ila in the end, just hope he likes it if not he can always give it me back.
