What’s with the embedded videos?

Every thread I open there’s an embedded video after 2 posts that auto plays. I became a member to get rid of the data drain of the ads but now I’ve got videos that I don’t appear to be able to either get rid of or turn off the auto play.  Did I miss something whilst ai was on holiday and is there a way to make them disappear?

[Mod] if you go into your Profile you change the settings there.

There another thread but you can switch than off in your settings.

Yes, there’s an option under your profile/settings to disable.
