Sabatier Professional Satin Polished Stainless Steel Ladle
The right size, right weight and right length for my wok.
It is a pleasure to use it for stir-frying but I had to bend the “scoop” to almost 180 degree (not easy and could break but I bent it as far as I could). However, I only managed to bend it to around 170 degree which is good enough. The steel is hard and did not bend easily.
I have another wok ladle but this one is much better for smaller wok and making it enjoyable to use. Food also taste good. LOL!
