Anyone got any experience of this?

They’re Chinese carbon rims from Light Bicycle, and seem pretty good so far in terms of quality and finish. I’m just not sure as to whether washers between the nipple and rim bed are necessary.
It seems the most common application for spoke washers is in light alu rims – would they be beneficial in carbon ones or just add unnecessary weight and wheel-building-hard-ness?

Unnecessary, LB couldn’t get a pull-through tension figure because the spokes always broke first.

I built up a set of light bicycle 650b wheels about a month ago..
Thought about using washers but didnt bother in the end. I’ve had no problems so far.. I was really impressed with the rims btw:)
