I was not expecting to see snow this morning in Bristol. The met office weather forecast didn’t mention anything about it.

You can keep it. **** horrible here at the moment. Snow & sleet on top of mud and super-saturated soils!

This was my commute to work, this day 6 years ago. That is a road BTW, even the tractors got stuck!

Bannau were lovely and white on the tops yesterday as I drove home via Brecon. Some snow on the road too since the rain had washed all the salt away.

Still got snow here, horrible wet stuff that partially melted and then froze overnight. Just above freezing now and a mixture of slèet and snow but not settling. Horrible.

PS I like snow, the proper stuff like in jeffl’s picture.

Some snow showers down to a fairly low level when I was out running near Beauly this morning.

To add: I have been told the lambing snows are a sign of the seasonal movement jet-stream and the ‘summer’ weather systems starting to form…? Anyone able to confirm?

No snow here in N.E. Derbyshire, next door has had a skip delivered though…
