Roof ridge tile question

Just had roof ridge tile re fitted, but not sure I’m happy with the finish. Opinions?

Looks a bit weird, they’ve used a dry ridge kit then slapped on concrete on the next one which has misaligned the join and looks a bit weird.

Probably need a better picture though, is that a straight ridge in the pic, is there a reason they have raised that one with the concrete to that (un)level? Is there gaps, is the nearest wickes a distance away for them at the time 😂

Terrible. Looks like they’ve left the spacer in as well. Shoddy work.

As above, that’s pretty lazy, not blending the tiles and just lumping it in cement.

And while they’re sorting it out, ask them to pull what looks like a chunk of tile out of the gutter (image 2)
