One large slice of humble pie for Mr Sagan…..he’s young. His time will come (probably at Amstel!)

I think Sagan had to prove he was strong enough to do a turn. Fab definitely put him in his place this time.

Bit of revenge for Fab there.Flicking the elbow and then pushing on HARD when came through.I think Sagan would have got a lot of grief if he sat on again…..chapeau for doing the right thing (despite knowing what was coming).

So Sparta has crashed twice since the weekend, racing and on a recon today. Hope that fires him up and not rules him out!

Not AT Roubaix but will certainly be watching. Best race of the year. 🙂

Would absolutely LOVE Geraint Thomas to win it but thats a long shot. Can’t realistically see anyone succesfully taking on Cancellara but it should be great to watch – provided that it’s not just a case of everyone marking him.

Was going to do the sportive on the Sat then watch the race on Sunday but not a chance as I’m not fit enough. Got the PM planned to watch it on TV tho.

Cancellara may be hurting a bit after a pretty hard looking fall during a scouting ride. I bet all the team assumed broken wrist or collarbone to start with

Yes, that was hard. You really don’t get to realise quite how awful some of those cobble sections are.

The way that clip cut between the fall and then Cancellara rolling about on the floor looked a bit like a low budget movie stunt.
