Just been given some huge “Chris Bell Racing” downtube stickers. A moving night seeing friends who also knew Chris.

Really sad to hear about this. We spend a great week with Chris when he was guilding at Bike village a few year ago – what a brilliant fun guy – we also managed to talk him into spending a day guiding in his skin suit!

My thoughts are with you Luke, Tom and friends and family.

Everyonev, we just finished. .9th for Pete and I and an astonishing 4th for Huw and Oli. On my last lap we got up to £20,001. It has been an emotional day and I will add more tomorrow.

The total seems to have settled out now at £23,644. We’re staggered and very grateful.

I got an e-mail yesterday from Glencoe MRT who wanted to pass on their thanks-

The amount raised on your page is truly amazing and I would be grateful if you could pass on the Teams thanks to all who donated. They can all be assured that both teams will put the funds to very good use. Lochaber have expressed their gratitude. The Glencoe Team would also like to put the donations to a specific purpose and there are plans for a meeting in the near future to discuss this.
