It looks like a good opportunity to play around with the rule of thirds. Have the frame in the centre, but have the image within the frame obey the rule of thirds.

A couple of photos I took last night at the Fleece in Bristol. Hardly ideal lighting conditions there, very low light, mostly red, so a bugger to photograph in. I shot B&W on my Lumix, and colour on my iPhone, this one using the new panoramic function. Quite pleased how it turned out.
