    Cheers, it took a good hours worth of attempts to figure out the right settings, I need to find a better way of doing it! Plus, of course autofocus doesnt work at night and modern lenses have super-sensitive focus rings where 3m and infinity are 2mm apart, making focusing a minor issue.

    very much like Stuartie C I’m trying to get used to the functions on my new camera.

    Here are a few from today

    Using the zoom function & without a tripod, the chair/cat was about 30m away

    we found a very friendly Robin who was happy to pose for me
